"Irish Ei's" is undoubtedly the best example of a Hatteras 100 on the water. The last 100' model built of that era and has enjoyed true open checkbook maintenance.

Vessel Walkthrough

Boarding from the teak swim platform with semi-circular staircase port and starboard, will take you to the very large teak aft deck where you enter the salon through the large sliding glass door. Here the elegant and spacious Salon accented in American Black Satin Cherry cabinetry, custom decor and sunken bar invites you to enjoy the warmth of this elegant design. Just forward of the Salon is the formal dining area with seating for eight with a custom dining table, granite accents, and many added extras which makes this is a majestic space to entertain in.

There is a spacious day head to port and companionway to the galley to starboard. This Galley is done in American Black Satin Cherry woodwork with a large country kitchen design full of stainless steel appliances, dinette seating with table, flat screen TV and plenty of storage for everything including China and crystal. Going forward and down to the large VIP Stateroom, you find a queen tapered berth with storage below, custom decor and private access to the VIP head with stone shower, separate cosmetic vanity, all elegantly decorated in stone trim and top quality appointments.

Ventilation System

• Engine room dual 12" 2750 CFM 120V fixed fans for air circulation
• Dual 4" 250 CFM 24V DC bilge exhaust blowers

Air Conditioning System

• Chilled water air conditioning with reverse-cycle heating, with soft starting A/C compressors, automatically staged and
• individually controlled with SMX controls
• One pump circulates conditioned water through closed circulating freshwater piping system to each air handler/exchanger
• Each compartment heated and cooled furnished with one or more air handlers appropriate for compartment's size and use with humidistats
• Conditioned water flows through or by-passes air handler as determined and controlled by each compartment's individual thermostat
• Master control panel located in Pilothouse and Master Stateroom for selection of heating or cooling mode.
• (2) Six-ton compressors located forward in engine room
• Each compressor has "soft starting" control to prevent excess current during starting, eliminating shoreline or generator overloads or brown-outs
• Compressors automatically staged in order to balance operating time of each unit
• Compressors individually controlled and wired in groups for connection to different sources as required or desired for efficient total boat load management
• Seawater pump provides water for compressor heat exchangers
• Supplementary heaters installed in air stream of each stateroom/head air handler and controlled by compartment's thermostat to allow heating when system's conditioned water is in cooling mode

Water and Sewage System

• Head Hunter 200 gallon treatment system

• Water manifold for hot water crossover in case of heater failure
• Crosslinked polyethylene water supply pipes with centrally located water manifolds
• 230V AC variable speed freshwater pump with pressure tanks

Hull and Super Structure

• Solid fiberglass bottom - all areas below waterline
• Gelcoat on hull bottom and hull sides to just above waterline is blister resistant vinylester gelcoat
• Blister resistant vinylester resin is hull bottom skin coat
• Hullsides above waterline have isophthalic polyester gelcoat
• Superstructure all above waterline areas are covered with isophthalic polyester gelcoat
• Polyurethane painted exterior - AWLCRAFT 2000 9 coats "cloud white"
• Hull bottom laminate consists of layers of mat and bi-directional roving solid glass
